Pathway360 offers one paid subscription:
Pathway360 Subscription: $19.99/year
The subscription provides access to Pathway360's paid features.
If a free trial is offered, the annual subscription begins after the free-trial period unless canceled before the trial ends.
Prices may change in the future. Any applicable price changes will be communicated as required.
The Pathway360 subscription renews automatically each year unless canceled.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.
Users may manage or cancel their subscription through the applicable account or app-store subscription settings.
Payments are processed through the applicable payment provider or app store.
By starting a paid subscription, the user authorizes the applicable payment provider to charge the annual subscription price.
Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable Refund Policy and payment-provider requirements.
All content, features, and functionality of Pathway360 (design, text, graphics, code, logos) are owned by Pathway360 or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You retain ownership of content you create (student profiles, notes, documents). By uploading to Pathway360, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, display, and process your content to provide the Service.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Pathway360 for personal, non-commercial use only.
Pathway360 is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
Pathway360 provides informational tools, not legal, financial, or educational advice. Always consult with qualified professionals (college counselors, financial aid officers, attorneys) before making decisions.
College data, scholarship information, and school calendars are provided as-is. We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness. Always verify directly with institutions.
We access your Google Calendar via OAuth only with your explicit authorization. We are not responsible for Google's services or data policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pathway360 and its officers, directors, and employees are not liable for:
Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pathway360 from any claims, damages, or costs arising from:
